2. JOB PURPOSE: One sentence describing the overall objective of the job and, essentially, why the job exists

He/she is responsible to handle the recruitment from end to end including posting job, collecting & short listing profiles, scheduling interview, data management and closing positions as per client requirements.


3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: maximum 10/12 accountability statements in the form of verb/noun/result area

Understand the requirement and if required, do research on Google to find more information about industry and company, accordingly plan strategy to source profiles

Posting job advertisement on various portal to get fresh profiles from market who are presently looking out jobs

Search profiles on available database

Screen profiles and conduct telephonic interview, same time, candidate Assessment sheet to be filed by Recruiter to share with client along with PDF format Resume of candidates

*Call client after sharing profiles and do following on result on regular basis

*On the short listing of resumes, collect the details from client to arrange interviews like venue details, Google map location, Name of interviewer, Name of coordinator and contact no, company website and JD (If available).

Arrange interviews with candidates and do send reminders to candidates to about their interviews by sending interview call letter

Groom the candidates if they are not aware of company, industry and take mock interview if requires.

*Regular follow up with client and candidates to take feedback from them

Negotiation with candidates or if requires with client.

Help candidates to submit all required documents and complete all formalities before joining

*Raise invoice after joining the selected candidates


4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Only define the skills, knowledge and experience specific to the job in question – generic skills will be completed later

Education & Qualification-

Should have graduate from any stream

 MBA or diploma in Human resources management will be added advantage 


Should have minimum 1-2 years of experience from Recruitment consultancy background.

Fresher can also apply.


Skills/ Competencies-

Good English communication is must in verbal and writing

Good negotiation skills

Pro active to understand the situation and provide some logical answer to candidates and clients

Advance interpersonal skills

Knowledge of recruitment software and database system





Salary offered – Rs. 10000 to 15000 PM (Full time) + Incentive per closing

Availability - ASAP

Languages know – English, Hindi, Marathi

Location & no of working day, timing – Chinchwad, Pune
