Requirements:

  • • Qualifications: Graduate if Fresher/HSC only for experience.
  • • Experience: 6 months experience is mandatory in Customer Support.
  • • Shift timings: 24/7 (Rotational).
  • • 5 days working.
  • • 2 rotational week offs.
  • • Cab will be provided in Night shifts.
  • • Excellent communications is mandatory.
  • • Experience required in International voice process.
  • • Note: completely work from office.

Responsibilities:

  • • The key responsibilities of the employees is to solve the queries of the customer related to postpaid/prepaid customers.
