- • Speak with Spanish & English-speaking Customers.
- • Handle client queries via text and video calls.
- • Understand and convey customer needs to the team.
- • Solve user challenges, providing solutions or workarounds.
- • Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
- • Build and nurture client relationships.
- • Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.
