Requirements:
1. Proven work experience of at least 4 years in the similar or relevant role.
2. Must have proven sales track record with customer support experience.
3. Must have good understanding of market knowledge.
4. Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Should be able to build rapport and have capacity for proficient time management along with
Planning skills.
Responsibilities:
Candidates must have prior experience in marketing or a related field, such as banking, insurance, dairy segment, FMCG segment, etc.
Candidates must have multitasking, leadership, problem- Olving, good communication and management skills.
Candidates should prioritize customer satisfaction and be driven by a vision for achieving goals.
Prior to regular employment, selected candidates will go through an observation period of up to 90 days, during which they will receive a monthly salary of 25,000 INR.
Upon completing the observation period, candidates will be required to recruit and manage 5 exclusive distributors in 5 individual blocks, in accordance with the Business Development Manager's convenience and company vacancy.
