You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create designs that meet the needs and preferences of the client while also adhering to environmental regulations.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for outdoor spaces.
- • Develop landscape design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- • Select appropriate plants, trees, and materials for each project.
- • Ensure that designs comply with environmental regulations and codes.
- • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- • Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback.
- • Required Skills and Qualifications:
- • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Vectorworks.
- • Strong knowledge of plant materials, horticulture, and environmental science.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- • Preferred Skills:
- • Experience with 3D modeling software, such as SketchUp and lumion.
- • Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
- • Familiarity with construction techniques and materials.
